Toyota Experts Interact With Loyal Customers in Qatar

To make “Ever Better Cars”, a team of experts from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) visited Qatar recently to listen to customer’s feedback on the current models as well as their expectations in the upcoming models. This is part of their Genchi Genbutsu principle (where employees go to the source to get the facts) where the experts from Toyota Motor Corporation meet the customers face to face. Such experiences enable them to hone their intuition for making ever-better cars meeting customer expectations and then offering them the best Mobility Solutions.

 

The event was attended by loyal Toyota customers along with Senior Management from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB). AAB too regularly interacts with their customers, taking feedback and shares the same with Toyota Motor Corporation which reflects in the product solutions.
