Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB), the official dealer for Toyota cars in Qatar, continues its investment & leadership in after-sales sector. By understanding the needs of the customers where quick turnaround time is of utmost importance, AAB opened their dedicated Commercial Vehicles workshop last year. The Commercial Vehicles workshop is located at Street # 6, building number 33, opposite to the Main Service Center.
Toyota’s dedicated Commercial Vehicles workshop is spread over an area of 3,000 sq meters. The workshop is equipped with the state of the art diagnostic tools, Toyota Genuine Parts and Certified Toyota Trained Technicians to meet and accelerate the service of Commercial vehicles such as buses, vans & Pick-ups. By understanding the customer requirement of quick turnaround time for servicing of commercial vehicles, AAB has a dedicated team of 8 technicians and 7 working bays with ability to complete around 25 units per day and ensure all maintenance processes are completed. Customers can carry-out their periodic maintenance as well as major faults at this workshop.
AAB always believes in customer’s voice and this Commercial Vehicles workshop is the result of their requests for an exclusive service center to cater to Commercial Vehicles. AAB supports their customers by providing them with alternate vehicles as per Ministry of Commerce and Industrial guidelines and recommendations. This is to ensure that the customer work operations are not affected. To further reduce the turnaround time, AAB Commercial Workshop is expanding further by adding more working bays and washing facility inside the same premises to introduce a unique Lube plus service for commercial workshop customers.

Many of AAB’s Service Advisors and Technicians are trained at Toyota factories in Japan, and they also receive regular training at AAB as well to further hone their skills. This helps the Service team to keep them updated with the latest technologies & skills. AAB are also constantly communicating with Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan to solve any problem that the work team may face.
